Not planning this. But right after I released the shutter, I told him, "You might make my blog." I'm not sure what he was thinking at that point. What he was thinking at this point was probably something along the lines of, "Just buy the lens." Or something like that. So I did. Nikon's new 35mm f/1.8 DX lens. Just what I've been needing to get more in the picture. I love the old 50mm f/1.8 I've been using and this new perspective is going to take a little getting used to. But I've been needing it for a while now. Maybe I'll get more environment and context into these shots. Maybe I can tell a better story.
