I don't usually enjoy bringing my van in for any kind of repair or service. I mean, it's an expense that you always hope to avoid, and then there's the "customer service" part of it. Today was a pleasant surprise. Harry took the van inside, put it up, diagnosed the problem, found the parts, gave me a very reasonable quote, and did the work on time with a smile.
