The mother of the clan - and according to her business card if I interpret it correctly, a judge. The family is on a mini-vacation of 3 or 4 days in Newport, RI. They enjoy sailing and swimming and all of that and decided to get together with their grown children for this vacation opportunity. They are from Quebec, where my wife and I honeymooned more than 20 years ago.
