Ollie
The little dude is putting his best foot forward. Caught in some dappled light, he's diving into the pose, daring the camera to capture him. I think it does. No bravery like that of the 9-yr. old variety. His sister is here too.

Phoebe
You can see the end of a leash in the picture, wrapped around her hand. I caught her on the street, walking the 50-lb. ball of energy and inquisitiveness that is their lab mix. That she has the composure to hold him back, and focus on my camera, tells you a lot about her. Self-possessed, she is.
