Pat and Sarah have been neighbors (to my south) for about a year, if my memory is right. It rarely is. But that sounds about right. They moved in before the fall last year, because the avalanche of leaves that drop in this neighborhood just about buried them. You need a plan (and you need to know how much is going to fall) to deal with it. So after moving all their stuff here, they turn around this weekend and sell it all off. Not all of it of course; just the stuff they can do without. They're looking forward to using their garage for a car. Aren't we all?
