Solomon

By now, you'd think the word would be out that I exact payment for my donations (money or time) to passing canvassers and their causes. Apparently not, as Solomon walked right into the trap. The cause was Environment Rhode Island. Solomon was only the slightest bit wary after I asked him for a photograph; he's heard of stranger requests of his colleagues in the field. There was the woman asked in to babysit the kids, or the young woman invited to come in for a "dance party," whose feet were the object of much attention from her host. Ah, the adventurous life of the door-to-door travellers. Anyway, Solomon seemed really nice; his grandfather was a serious amateur photographer and he spoke of how the family was drawn together by the images.
